In addition to my practice, I have years of broad clinical experience in the mental health field, and have worked with a full spectrum of populations. My experience includes therapy with children in the classroom, intensive mental health therapy for adolescents in a residential treatment facility on the campus of San Francisco General Hospital, career counseling for undergraduate and graduate students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and outpatient therapy for adults at a Day Treatment Center.

In July 2011, I traveled to Rwanda and Burundi to train caregivers to meet the complex needs of neglected, abused, and traumatized children. I am the co-author a workbook, "Healing from Trauma," which is used to teach seminars in the United States and internationally.
